The Corpus Christi IceRays Take on the Lone Star Brahmas During This Nail-Biting Competition

Get ready for game day! The Corpus Christi IceRays are taking on the Lone Star Brahmas on Friday, January 24th at the American bank Center.

The Corpus Christi IceRays are a Tier II junior ice hockey team playing in the North American Hockey League (NAHL). The IceRays are based in Corpus Christi, Texas, and play in the North American Hockey League's South Division. The "IceRays" moniker derives from the many different species of stingrays that inhabit the nearby Gulf of Mexico. The IceRays recently outshot the Shreveport Mudbugs, 27-25.

On the opposite end of the field, you’ll find the Lone Star Brahmas, based in North Richland Hills, Texas. The Brahmas nickname is a tribute to the Fort Worth Brahmas of the Central Hockey League, which played their final six seasons (most notably winning the 2009 Ray Miron President's Cup championship) at the NYTEX Sports Centre. The Brahmas also won the 2017 Robertson Cup.

The Corpus Christi IceRays vs. Lone Star Brahmas matchup will kick off at the AmericanBank Center at 7:05 PM. This venue holds the premier 10,000 seats indoor arena in the Coastal Bend—designed for concerts, sporting events, professional and amateur rodeo events, with an incredible club level and ten box suites. Tickets for Friday night’s game are $10.00 to $25.00.

Tickets for all 2019-20 IceRays games are on sale at the American Bank Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster outlets. Get in on the action and reserve your individual game tickets today!
